Great teachers are the single greatest factor in increasing student achievement, confidence, and motivation. If we want to have great schools that produce competent and compassionate citizens, we must recruit and retain the best teachers for our public schools. In order to encourage and reward the most effective teachers, the Sulphur Kiwanis club is hosting this BBQ Championship to raise money that will directly support Sulphur Public Schools and its teachers.
